In 2025, Al-Shifah Charity Foundation directly sponsored the school fees of vulnerable and orphaned children across Northern Nigeria. Every donation was tracked, every payment documented.
Education is the most powerful gift you can give a child. In 2025, Al-Shifah Charity Foundation stepped in where families could not — and paid school fees directly to schools on behalf of orphans and less privileged children.
Our 2025 Annual Statement of Account shows two rounds of school fee sponsorships:
May 2025: ₦20,540 disbursed for school fee sponsorships — covering registration fees, tuition, and school materials for multiple children for a full term.
September 2025: ₦26,920 disbursed for another round of school fee payments — ensuring children who had started the year could complete it without interruption.
Total education sponsorship in 2025: ₦47,460.
We support children in both Western (formal) and Islamic (Quranic/Tsangaya) education systems. A child studying at a government secondary school deserves the same chance as a child at a private school. An Almajiri child memorising the Quran deserves support just as much as one preparing for WAEC.
What does ₦5,000 actually do? It pays a full term of school fees at a government primary school. ₦15,000 covers an entire academic year for one child. ₦50,000 can sponsor a student's WAEC or NECO examination registration.
Al-Shifah Charity Foundation is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission [CAC/IT 8218298] and audited annually. Every naira you donate is recorded in our Statement of Account — just like the payments above.
This year, we want to reach more children. The school year is already underway. Some children have been sent home because their families cannot pay. Your donation today could be the difference between a child staying in school or dropping out permanently.
Donate now. Let a child complete their term.
